Beyond the standard visual inspection

Tools that see what eyes can’t.

Some parts of a home deserve more than a quick glance. The right tools help Edward document hard-to-reach conditions clearly and safely.

01

FAA-certified drone pilot

A full view from above.

Edward is a certified FAA drone pilot and uses aerial imaging for roof and exterior inspections. Buyers get a full, safe look at the roof surface, flashing, chimneys, and areas that are unsafe or impractical to walk, with clear photographic evidence in the report. No ladder-only guesswork.

02

Remote crawlspace crawler

Go where a person can’t.

A remote crawlspace crawler documents tight or low crawlspaces a person cannot safely enter, so nothing gets skipped because a space was too tight. Real video and photos show under-floor conditions, moisture, plumbing, ductwork, foundation, and insulation.

Which one do I need?

Start with your role.

The property and the moment in the transaction usually tell us where to begin. If you are unsure, send an enquiry and we will help you choose the scope.

Buying a resale home

Start with a Full Home Inspection. Add the services that answer the property’s specific risks, such as radon, WDI, water quality, or a private system inspection.

Buying new construction

Schedule a New Construction Inspection before closing to review visible workmanship, systems, and components while there is still time to discuss defects with the builder.

Buying a home with private systems

Ask about Water Well Inspection, Septic System Inspection, and Water Quality Testing when the property depends on a private water or waste system.

Concerned about the home environment

Indoor Air Quality Testing, Surface Mold Testing, Advanced Particle ID, and Radon Testing answer different environmental questions. Tell us what you are seeing or feeling so we can help scope the next step.

Buying a manufactured home

Start the Manufactured Home HUD Foundation and/or Additions Inspection request early because lenders often need the certification process completed for financing.

Want to understand the home

Add Client Walkthrough & Education to learn how the systems work, hear the main report items, and get practical maintenance guidance.

The Arrowhead position

We work for you — not the realtor.

The inspection is your opportunity to have an independent professional in the room. Whether you found us or your realtor recommended us, Arrowhead’s only client is the person buying the home. The report is written for you, with your interests in mind.

Not a 45-minute walkthrough.

Edward takes the time to inspect where risk lives — attic, crawlspace, roof, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and drainage. That is military-grade attention to detail, backed by more than 30 years of high-stakes inspection experience.

For realtors

Steady inside the contingency window.

01Reports delivered fast so the next decision is easier to make.

02Plain-language findings that clients can actually use.

03Calm explanations that inform the buyer without alarming them.

04Easy scheduling when the transaction timeline is tight.

After the inspection

Additional protection.

Oklahoma inspectors aren't permitted to quote repair costs — instead we connect you to independent third-party tools that can.

Haven

01

Arrowhead pairs its inspection report with Haven, an independent third-party service. Haven gives clients access to a repair cost price builder, a 90-day warranty, and discounted moving services. Haven provides these benefits; Arrowhead does not quote repair costs.

A plain-language example: the 90-day warranty may help with eligible covered items that fail during the coverage period. It does not cover every condition, maintenance item, or pre-existing issue. Details and terms are set by the warranty provider.

InterNACHI Premium Warranties

02

These optional add-ons are for clients who want additional coverage on top of the inspection. Request them when you book or after the inspection; coverage details and terms are set by the warranty provider.
