Edward is a retired First Sergeant from the United States Air Force. Over 26 years of service, he developed the habits that matter in an inspection: notice the small thing, understand the system around it, document what is real, and make the next action clear.
His inspection experience spans more than 30 years, from jet propulsion to industrial buildings for the military and Department of Defense. Today, that experience is focused on helping Oklahoma buyers understand the homes they are considering.
He is a Certified Master Inspector through InterNACHI. His goal is not to overwhelm you with jargon. It is to teach you how your home works so you can take care of it with confidence.
